We are the relentless voice for dogs.
ELEVEN | 11 Legacy Project exists for dogs who need someone willing to fight for them. We believe dogs deserve more than survival — they deserve safety, dignity, healing, and the chance to truly belong.

Our mission
Second chances start here.
Our goal is not simply to move dogs from one place to another. We recognize the individual needs of each animal, support rehabilitation when it's needed, find responsible placements, educate people, and build a community willing to stand up for animals who need us.
Rescue
We step in for dogs who have been abandoned, neglected, surrendered, or overlooked — including the ones whose situations are difficult.
Rehabilitation
Healing takes time. We support medical care, behavioral progress, and the patient work of helping a dog learn to trust again.
Rehoming
Responsible placement over fast placement. We match individual dogs to homes that fit who they actually are.
Advocacy
We educate, speak up, and build a community willing to stand for animals who cannot advocate for themselves.
Our values
E.L.E.V.E.N. is what
we stand for.
Empathy
Every dog has a story worth understanding. We lead with compassion, creating opportunities for trust, healing, and love.
Love
Love is an action, not just a feeling. We demonstrate love through protection, patience, commitment, advocacy, and care.
Empowerment
We empower animals and our community through education, resources, and support, creating opportunities for lasting change.
Voice
We are the relentless voice for dogs in their most vulnerable moments, advocating for their safety, dignity, and well-being while inspiring others to take action.
Ethics
We lead with integrity, transparency, and accountability, making responsible, humane and loving decisions in the best interest of every dog.
Never Give Up
Every life is worth fighting for, every dog deserves a chance. Through compassion, courage, and determination, we remain committed to creating opportunities for healing and hope.
